Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and AIPM Study Hub, operated by Ravi Saxena (sole proprietor)("AIPM Study Hub", "we") for use of https://aipmstudyhub.online. By creating an account or using the service you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.

2. Your account

• Keep your credentials confidential. Accounts are personal and may not be shared, sold or transferred.
• To protect paid content, an account may be active on one device at a time; signing in elsewhere may end other sessions.
• Notify us promptly at support@aipmstudyhub.online of any unauthorised use.

3. Courses, content and AI-assisted material

• Courses include written lessons, explainer videos, quizzes, mock tests, projects and AI-assisted features. Parts of our content, videos and explanations are produced with the help of AI tools and reviewed by us; despite care, errors may occur — please report them.
• Content is for education. It is not professional, legal, financial or career advice, and we do not guarantee any job, salary, admission or exam result.
• We may update, reorganise or retire content to keep it accurate. Paid access to a course will not be materially reduced during your access period without a pro-rata remedy.

4. Certificates

On meeting the stated completion criteria you may receive a Certificate of Completion issued by AIPM Study Hub. It confirms completion of our course; it is not a degree, diploma or qualification recognised by the UGC, AICTE or any government body, and it does not imply endorsement by any third-party certifying organisation unless expressly stated. Certificates may be revoked if obtained through misconduct.

5. Payments and access

• Prices are shown in INR, inclusive of any applicable taxes. GST is charged only once we are GST-registered, and invoices will show it. Payments are processed by Razorpay.
• Each plan grants access for the period described on the pricing page at the time of purchase.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• Promotional offers, coupons and referral rewards are subject to their stated conditions and may be withdrawn for abuse.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• copy, download (beyond features we provide), record, resell, publicly share or redistribute course content, questions or videos;
• scrape, reverse-engineer, overload or attempt to bypass access controls or paywalls;
• cheat in assessments, impersonate others or misuse referral programmes;
• post unlawful, infringing, defamatory, obscene, hateful or harmful content in community features (as listed in Rule 3(1)(b) of the IT Rules, 2021).

7. Intellectual property

All course content, assessments, videos, software and trademarks are owned by or licensed to us and protected by the Copyright Act, 1957 and other laws. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to access content for your own learning during your access period. Content you post (e.g. questions, notes you choose to share) remains yours; you grant us a licence to host and display it to provide the service.

8. Community and moderation

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms. Complaints about content can be made to our Grievance Officer; we act within the timelines in the IT Rules, 2021.

9. Third-party services

Videos are embedded from YouTube and payments are processed by Razorpay; their terms also apply to your use of those services.

10. Suspension and termination

You may close your account anytime from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms, fraud or legal requirements, giving reasons where lawful.

11. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 that cannot be excluded.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Please first contact our Grievance Officer so we can try to resolve any issue. Subject to your statutory rights as a consumer (including to approach a Consumer Commission), courts at New Delhi have jurisdiction.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. For material changes we will notify you and ask you to accept the new version before continuing to use the service.
