Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please read this before you pay. It is also linked on the pricing page and at checkout. You can explore the free starter modules and course syllabi before buying to decide whether a plan is right for you.

1. All sales are final

Plans on AIPM Study Hub are non-refundable. Once a payment is completed and access is granted, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, unused access, partial use, or not finding time to study.

2. When we always refund

This policy never removes rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. We will refund in full when:

• you were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate payment);
• you were charged but your account never received the access you paid for, and we cannot fix it;
• you were charged an amount different from the price shown at checkout; or
• a refund is otherwise required by law or ordered by a competent authority.

Please report billing problems within 7 days of the charge so we can investigate quickly.

3. How to report a billing problem

Email support@aipmstudyhub.online from your registered email with your order ID and a screenshot of the charge, or contact our Grievance Officer. We acknowledge within 48 hours.

4. Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 working days of approval. Your bank or UPI provider may take additional time to show the credit.

5. Cancellation

Current plans are one-time payments for a fixed access period. They do not renew automatically, so you are never charged again unless you choose to buy again. If we introduce auto-renewing plans in future, you will be able to turn off renewal in one step from Settings, and we will remind you before every renewal charge.
